Healthy recipes-Fruit bowl for New Year Eve dinner

I had too much meat stuff from the holidays. Desperately look for something new, light and yum yum. Then I read the article about Kate Middleton on Yahoo.com. How's Kate Middleton related to food? well, I'm sure she drinks tea! That's only partial reason. Did you notice the hat she was wearing for the Royal's Christmas day? The hat!! Ah Ha! The recipe was inspired by Kate Middleton's hat!!

What you think? Did I do a good job of making the food version of Kate Middleton's hat?;))

This is the easiest ever recipe for your holidays. You can get it done in 10 minutes!

Benefits-everybody loves it! Full of vitamines, antioxidants, and protein! Great appetizer!

Tea pairing-Green or Herbal tea!

Ingredients:
5 Egg Roll wrap
Honey
Greek Plain yogurt
Fruits and vegetables-Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, cucumbers, tomatos, etc

Instructions;
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Use a sharp knife to cut a "cross" sign to make 20 pieces from 5 egg roll wraps. Gentlely press each small wrap into the mini muffin tray. I did not spray any olive oil. It does not stick.

I made few bigger bowls with the whole wrap, instead of a quarter;))

3. Bake for about 6-7 minutes or until the bowl becomes golden brown. While baking, cut the fruits and veggie into small pieces so that it fits the bowl easily.
4.Once done, take the tray out from the oven. Fill each bowl with sliced fruilts, top with 1/2 tsp of Greek yogurt then drizzle some honey on top!
That's it!!

Yum Yum!!

Ha! Have fun!!
