...Thank you Lelia for your note and compliments!!

I have very high standards when selecting teas I sell. It normally takes time to go through all inspection procedures. So far I only carry green tea, best for your Antioxidents.

As for how to brew Pu-Erh, depends on what kind of Pu-Erh you buy. In general, the easist way to brew whole leaf tea is by looking at colors.

Leaf types, what kind of leaf, geographic locations, manufacturing process, etc these factors determine the methdologies you need to use when brewing tea. There's an occupation specifically for tea brewing-Tea master;)))

On the other hand, if just reguar home brewing, brew it light first. (I tend to drink light tea)

Let's say
3-4 grams of Pu Erh
8 oz boiling water
3-5 minutes
Better use teapot or cup with a top

Let me know how it goes!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05286395853215028177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5430947647349976941.post-14316762350154232522011-10-04T11:31:28.804-04:002011-10-04T11:31:28.804-04:00This is a great recipe.
