Healthy Recipes-Kiwi Ginger smoothies
I am A walker and normally check weather channel before walk. Well the weather in this winter has been user friendly (global warming sign??), at least in the East coast, except the Feb 25th! OMG! It was freezing. Well, if you did not get a chance to go out, you would not understand what I am talking about. I mean "freaking cold". I decided to take a regular walk, about 5 miles or 1 and half hours, around my neighborhoood. I had sweat shirt on and thought it was more than enough. You know, when you exercise, you sweat and do not need to wear a heavy jacket. That's what I did.

Healthy Recipes Whole Wheat Cookies (Mint & Stevia)
Did you watch the Oscar last night? I fully enjoyed Billy Crystal's opening speech and singing, even though I have never heard of him (Am I too young or too old? Well, I only can remember a few: George Clooney, Brad Pitt...they are the few who are often on screen...). And the Best Actor Jean Dujardin's speech was marvelous! I thought French are reserved...he was screaming and said the "F" word (Jimmy Kimmel said!!) Another aspect of French, besides the world famous French kiss...agree?

Healthy Recipes-Matcha Yogurt Raspberries
I was talking to a friend who grew up in a farm in Michigan. His boss-his father, asked his brother and him to pick up raspberries in summer time when he was young. It sounds fun, right? Not too much fun if you get scratches from the bushes, especially in summer time. Raspberries are specially delicate which makes it very difficult to pick. I bought some organic Raspberries at Whole Foods.

Healthy Recipes-Whole Wheat Tortilla (Banana)
Foodies nowadays are much savier than before because we have the information about almost everything available online, don't you agree? The only thing we need is time. The other day I found an article saying all fried foods have some level of trans fat. Even the label says zero trans fat, it only means it's less than 1%. If you eat this type of food more often, it will accumulate over time...Isn't that scary? I found some info about trans fats below:

Healthy Recipes-Whole Wheat Lemon Banana cake (Stevia recipe)
I always enjoy walking around in NYC and take pictures. I saw a street vendor preparing BBQ, generated smokes around his truck that he could barely open his eyes; a business owner picking up the Heart shaped balloons for his customer; Greenpeace volunteer talking to people walking by; Police car flying on 5th ave... It reminds me this is New York!

Happy Valentines day
We all need love, especially now, after economic downturn, after jobless and sleepless nights, after all the hard-wok in holidays!!! How wonderful that we can celebrate Romance once a year, for ourselves!! Oh, should be more, 365 Love, do you agree?
To begin, why we celebrate Valentine's day? Well, business people (like me) love it! Women (like me) love it! Doctors love it too. I still can not believe it that my doctor schedule my visit on 2/14!!!;((( Doesn't he know this is the most important holiday for women?;)) Anyway, health should be more important...I agree, doctor!

Valentine Recipes-Mint Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (last minute recipe)
Why everybody eats Chocolate dipped strawberries in Valentine's day? I do not know. Maybe strawberry looks like a heart (who doesn't heart strawberry?!!). I think everybody knows why gentlemen always give Chocolate gifts to their lovers in Valentine's day. In the early time, when chocolate candy first was made, it was considered divine and expensive. Of course classic gentlemen always present the most precious gifts to their lovers in Valentine's day. But I'd still rather have dimond, if the same price! Ha!!

Alcoholic recipes-Love addicts (Pu Erh)
My friend invited me to do a test and found that I am a love addict!! Why? Because I have few "maybe"symptoms described below. I remember when I was young, whenever my sister was sick, I would tell my parents I had the similar symptoms too, to get more attention and eat yum food! Sometimes it worked, but most of time it did not;((
Here's the criteria based upon Love Addicts Org: If you can answer yes to more than a few of the following questions, you are probably a love addict. Remember that love addiction comes in many forms, so even if you don’t answer yes to all of the questions you may still be a love addict.
Tea 101 How to brew blooming tea (flower tea, tea flower, flowering tea, blossoming tea)
I remember every time I answered questions incorrectly, my professor always said, it's no brainer! (what@#!#%@#) When I first started selling blooming tea (flower tea, flowering tea, blossom tea, blossoming tea), some customers told me that, believe or not, they ate the whole tea blooms. Yeah, it's edible, but probably it's more enjoyable to have a little process before send it to the stomach.

Healthy Recipes-Fish Salad (with Pu Erh)
I visited my Jewish friend the other day. He prepared me a yum salad, using fish and green leaves. Salad probably is the best dish for weekdays-quick, easy, delicious, rich in fiber, and proteins, depending on what you mix together. Makes you look youuuuunger, beautiful-errr and "greener"!! For example, if you are 35, you will look 17 after finishing this salad! ha!

Healthy Recipes-Vegetarian pizza (Vegan recipes)
Was watching Nadia G's Bitchin's kitchen on Cooking channel the other day...She made a Potato Pizza!!!
I love love pizza!!! Who doesn't! If you do a party, pizza would be the best choice cause nobody would dislike it, the safest choice. But I can not eat it because I have Lactose intolerance! I did not know it until few years ago. I moved to a new apartment. After I got everything settled, I barely had any energy left for cooking. The easiest solution? Pizza!!! Since I was extremely starving, I bought a whole box of pizza! Guess what? I finished it all!!! This is what happens when people are hungery.
