Healthy recipe Strawberry Jam vegan gluten free

Summer is the best season for delicious fruits like strawberries! I one time bought a bag of frozen strawberries. It tastes not too bad, but it just doesn't taste yummy like the fresh ones.

Benefits:
Strawberries are rich in Vitamin C (which tastes sour) and is a great weight loss fruit!! Great to know it huh? The sour tastes from Vitamin C stimulate our taste buds.

It's Monday!!! Can you see my sleepy face? You look like this on Monday morning as well?;)) 1 hour less sleep, really unfair!!!;(( I went to bed around 2am and got up around 9 this morning! As I was reading the news online, I found this article on Huffington Post:

Daylight Saving Time 2012: Could 'Springing Forward' Hurt Your Health?

A 1996 study found that the number of car accidents on the Monday after daylight saving time begins increases, as does the number of fatal, alcohol-related crashes, according to a 1998 study.

Healthy Recipes-Vegetarian pizza (Vegan recipes)

Was watching Nadia G's Bitchin's kitchen on Cooking channel the other day...She made a Potato Pizza!!!

I love love pizza!!! Who doesn't! If you do a party, pizza would be the best choice cause nobody would dislike it, the safest choice. But I can not eat it because I have Lactose intolerance! I did not know it until few years ago. I moved to a new apartment. After I got everything settled, I barely had any energy left for cooking. The easiest solution? Pizza!!! Since I was extremely starving, I bought a whole box of pizza! Guess what? I finished it all!!!  This is what happens when people are hungery.

Healthy Recipes-Banana Orange Ice Pop (sugarless, dairyless, eggless, saltless, vegan)

Did you sense the coldness last weekend? I bet you did!! It happened I had to drive to the local Fedex office to and....boy,it was cold!!! This is real winter!!

But compared to the weather where I grew up, North East of China, the winter here in the US is much warmer. I grew up in some where close to Russia, not too far from Syberia and Mongolia. Winter in that area normally lasts over 6 months, like Alberta in Canana, but it does not snow much. How cold? Let me give you an example. when you spit outside, it gets frozen immediately. Kids spit and put the fireworks on top then light up for fun in holidays! It works beautifully!

Healthy Recipes- Simple Cinnamon Sweet Potato (eggless, sugarless, dairy less, vegan)

I bought a lot of cook books which I find sometimes a little too "sophisticated" for home cooking. First, it requires a lot of kitchen gadgets; second, multiple ingredients that need to be available; Third, it does take some time to get ready!! how many times you say to yourself, I'm hungry I want it now!!

Sometimes I just want my food, quick, and easy, and beautiful, and tasty, and smells good!! Is it possible? yeah, you can buy them;)) kidding. I recently made some snack food for afternoon tea!! Quick and easy!!!

Tea Lifestyle-Gluten Free recipes-colorful pepper cups stuffed (great weight loss recipe)

Not a vegan by profession, I do like to eat a lot of vegetables. I bought few organic peppers (green, yellow, orange, red) in different colors the other day. As I always loved PRET in NYC (www.pret.com), I made few pepper cups stuffed as my dinner yesterday, paired with green tea. it was soo delicious that i finished all 4 pepper cups by myself!!!;)))

This is a great weight loss recipe!!

Do you know rice is actually gluten free! I'm not allergic to gluten, but I found many foods I cook are actually gluten free!

The best part is that this meal is not only GLUTEN FREE, but also LOW calories, LOW carbs,LOW fat, LOW cholesterol, RICH in fiber & vitamines & FREE of sugar.

Very easy to make it:

Prep time: 20-30 minutes
1 cup of Brown rice mixed with another rice, cooked

¼ Onion in small pieces

3 Celery stems-small pieces

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tsp Soy sauce

Half lemon

pinch of Paprika

Fat free crumble cheeses (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cut the top of pepper as a cup top, clean inside seeds. Put in oven under 450 F, for about 5-8 minutes

2. Heat the pan, add olive oil, stir fry onion, celery and rice. Add soy sauce and paprika. Squeeze the half lemon. Mix well.

3. When peppers look soft, having water inside, take them out, dump the water, fill the cups with stir fried rice, topped with crumbled chunk cheeses. Put it back to oven for another 3-5 minutes. Or you can just eat like that

Tell me if you like the colors of this meal;)) Make one and send me your photos;))
