I bought an Irish bread in St. Patrick's day. It was delicious, but when I read the label, it says, 280 calories and high cholesterol per piece (very small) !! It also has artificial colors in it. Not sure if you notice, many processed foods these days all have artificial flavors or colors, to make it prettier, tastier, at lower prices!!

Well, I can make a healthier bread at lower price!! Here we go, I made this Banana Rum flax bread!!! It's super delicious!!! again, delicious!!! You will find it out only if you try it;)))

Benefits: Flax seed is rich in calcium and iron. It's very good for women;)) because it helps women recover quickly from losing iron (period).
