Nowadays, everything gets so simple version. Have you heard the Brooklyn couple live in a 240 sqft apartment? And they do have furniture, believe or not! No wonder all new yorkers get out of town in weekends-to get some space to breathe!!

Here's a glance of real estate in different locations:
Gogaz: man, 1,500 in Detroit will buy you a house

Cheryl: my house pymts were 262.40 a month(20,000.00) 4 a 1900.00 sq.ft 3 bdrm on 1 acre in Anderson, South Carolina (counrty livin) compared to California 2 bed. 1,000 sq.ft rent 2200.00. (city livin no hard decision here)

Wow: I pay $750 here in texas for a 2200 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and two living rooms. And it is on 3 acres without the city telling me what to do with my property.

You know, it might be a great idea to live in SC and work in NYC-fly between the cities. With the frequent mileages you can get most of the flights for free if do it every day...

Anyway...I bought a giant watermelon the other day and still have not finished it. I decide to use my talent-no cooking, no baking, no stir frying! None! Just simply use cookie cutter and bamboo sticks to see what I can get.

Benefits-fresh fruits, no manipulation! rich in juice, help you urinate (I know you will agree with me;)) Great party idea!

Tea-green tea to pair!

cookie cutters
salt (or little stones, sand, etc)
a teapot or anything can hold the pops

Instruction:

1. slice watermelon in 1/2 inch thick. Then use cookie cutter to cut in shapes. Almost there!
2. Use the bamboo sticks to make the pops
3. In a teapot or vase, add salt or anything can hold the pops. After all pops are done, display them in the teapot.

Instead of using lolly candy, fruit pops are great for kids. It's also a family activity! what ya think?
